Neuroscientist Dr. James Giordano on the Brain as the Battlefield and other updates

Latest and greatest by Neuroscientist Dr. James Giordano on the Brain as the Battlefield.

Worth watching the whole presentation and I highly recommend so you don't miss any of the details... at least the first presentation. This video is actually two presentations.

I posted some times worth watching for a few minutes if not able to watch the whole presentation. Watch at least I’m thinking from t=844 (~14min) or at least in relation to this article t=942 (~15:42min):

The Minds of Men is an excellent documentary also:

Also... I've updated the Instructable with some more info in the Introduction section:

Comments

  1. Since The Minds of Men is so long... here are my two top picks of the documentary to watch, though the whole documentary is excellent and I highly recommend watching the whole thing:

The Minds of Men @ t=5179(I’d watch to about 1:29:30 at least)

The Minds of Men @ t=10622 (I’d watch until about 3:04 at least)

I also have some comments on Hackaday in some new interesting articles:

    4. Latest interesting food for thought:
Laser that can ID people by heartbeat

Interesting is the implementation of the (OpenWater Company) technology where social issues being the major/critical concern that is impacting deployment last I knew. The technology isn't the issue... the social impact and concerns are more-so.

Literally, to think the systems can't be demonstrated so openly and only briefly discussed due to public health and safety social concerns. I guess that's duh when you've grown up around animals, Pan Troglodyte and Bonobos that resemble humans.

The technology is like the older larger fNIRS systems being equivalent to (though not better than) CT, PET and MRI scans as has been demonstrated by Vanderbilt University and was demonstrated in the Journal of Near Infrared Spectroscopy I used to receive when I was a member of IFPAC and active in that technology research and implementation for non-destructive ID tests. Might have been published in NIR News, though I don't recall at the moment. Seems a few years back I found a descent amount of references online to papers. Reminds me of NSA, NRO and ODNI websites that used to have more info online and over the years have removed public references to their operations and capabilities.

Here is a wiki on fNIRS, if you're not aware of:
Functional Near Infrared Spectroscopy (interesting the noting of BCI's).

I've assumed like the not well disclosed advanced polygraph examinations where EEG's are taken along with scans and like the laser device is capable of patterning... fNIRS can do the same.

What is interesting also are the capabilities of integrating the technology with existing illumination systems for targeting from both space, airborne and on the ground (potential combined now with more advanced almost real time data processing):
      Space Based Potential Video Example

      (Airborne... more disclosed somewhat):
Airborned Based and Ground Based Video Example

      (Ground way more disclosed):
Ground Based Closer Quarters Example with more Human Body Electrophysiological Signals Detection

And to think some of the IR ranges are completely invisible to the naked eye and can if able to receive signals to detect... can most likely transmit to disrupt and most likely maliciously as a weapon of mass destruction.

  3. Not the first system like this... reminds me of hacking the cat's vision system and surgeons wanting to profit on surgery for implants when wireless systems without implants can be used to see what the not blind see and, well..., the blind see.

  4. Interesting documentary that I finally watched all the way through called "Root Cause." Wondering about the connection with my Mom, my Dad and my tooth issues being a remote sensing and transmission malicious assault with intent to maim and murder method and at the least to cause more disease for continuing criminal enterprises that might potentially aid in torture and enslaving. Figure teeth are resonant structures with higher frequency resonate nerve endings based on their theoretical size to wavelength. Then some attention deficient malicious assaults on the dentist(s) and/or healthcare practitioners, if not already compliant with malicious activities in secret..., can compound and conceal a cascade of forensically clean natural looking cause of death (if no one collects evidence) in unreasonably serial killing communities of traitors committing imminent threat situations with their more than death sentencable offenses.

James as I was reading and checking these links. I noticed that the past argument outlinked to this link in the conclusion and end of the article, has nothing to do with cicadas, crickets, or other natural sounds as input by the expert stating his conclusive belief that such a combination of the victims of the Cuban diplomats. It has nothing to do with resulting in mass hysteria, nor does the combination of such effects would produce such mass hysteria. So in such disagreement with that expert in mass hysteria, blatantly leaves out the medical evidence. Concussions without the concussion. Be it what ever mix of directed energies that caused the damages to those diplomats of some of whom state they are being targeted even at their homes, is the more than likely truth as to the attackers using such advanced technology that created the medical damages.
Which is contained in this link that was also as shown here:

    1. Thanks for the post Unknown.

I didn't notice at the blog post link you referenced there is a broken youtube link also. I usually try to make copies of the youtube videos for public investigation and notice just in case the public link goes down or is made private. Usually, there is only needed proper referencing to the source to avoid arguments. I'll see what I can find online or upload to have that reference back live. I see the abc.net.au video link also is missing which if I recall Mike Pompeo admits to sonic and microwaves use as I recall he's noted also and he's CIA.

Here is a better article that is more clear and not so international biased with prejudice and delusional disinformation. I'm amazed at how juvenile some are in denying serious issues of grave concern that are imminent threat situations where deadly force can be authorized and used as I suspect is why Fidel Castro and his son that was a physicist are dead. https://www.nytimes.com/2018/09/01/science/sonic-attack-cuba-microwave.html

There is an updated synopsis also on another website, that isn't the most accurate either, since they call "ultrasonic weapons" "infrasonic" and don't consider more than one device at the focal point to increase the intensity or other more technical methods, though I will add that here and there too.
      http://defaakto.com/2018/11/24/mysterious-health-attacks-against-u-s-canadian-diplomatic-embassy-staff-cuba-china-an-open-source-intelligence-study-by-de-faakto/

Here is another nice article with some more details regarding theories based on what the US has for capabilities as I'm thinking the Russians don't disclose anywhere and are to dangerous if was disclosed:
      https://gosint.wordpress.com/2018/09/17/havana-syndrome-what-are-the-frequencies-used-by-us-intel-for-microwave-spying/

I'll end with another link that isn't so accurate and is misleading since there are RF in the ultrasonic range devices that can coagulate and cauterize as well as ablate that are free air (wireless) and not carried current (hardwired). The same acoustic hailing effects can be recreated using higher frequencies to create sound and ultrasound. That isn't noted anywhere however and the public preview seems to only acknowledge ultrasound can create sound when as you noticed in the pulse train (not heterodyne) way, microwaves produce a hearing effect. However, this links comments sections has some information noting Guard members being the causation, and they may be committing treason along with other death sentence able offenses intentional acts that are defined legally as imminent threats where deadly force is authorized..., most likely with Fusion Centers or on their own is my guess:
