Basically, to use the lowest energy laser for the effect; you dope (contrasting agent to reflect, absorb and/or transmit more), and/or finely tune to, the targets to affect the absorbance, transmission and/or reflection depending on the human nutrient, molecular biology, cellular structure, organ system and previous noted metabolism and functions.
