Sound, Mind and Body Assault Weapons Defense Projects

I knew of the Japanese news remote control human Youtube videos and effecting the vestibular system.  I've heard Jeri Ellsworth talk about too at a Ohio Ham Radio event.  Then saw this video and for some reason just now had the synthetic telepathy to submit as a tip. Here are his links from Allen Pan - Sufficiently Advanced: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1S7FO2Qd6Zc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vJcdilAzAqc New video I just found today (01/31/2019 update): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mezq0btSq3Q Here are the old Japanese Links: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fILH4qgkXk8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iRTVgnPd1lM (Newslight - Dutch) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Un-95SNQ8tU (Daily Planet) RT (via Anon): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KNJEa7eRSbE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E08J33Utt78 Remote Controlling people (think this is exposed kind of like the corded telephone that transitioned into general wirele...

This is an interesting report where I find under the section titled " What Attack Methods Have Been Generally Ruled Out?"  INFRASONIC WEAPONS related to LRAD or in my mind Acoustic Hailing Devices in general.  I think these devices pulse train and/or heterodyne capabilities, and potentially mind control capabilities, technology are using other frequencies more likely... though I am not sure to rule out entirely since also they can be operated from a distance.  If the same style weapon system using frequencies that don't reflect off the building structure or absorb or refract into a non controllable frequency to much were used... that would make more logical sense: http://defaakto.com/2018/11/24/mysterious-health-attacks-against-u-s-canadian-diplomatic-embassy-staff-cuba-china-an-open-source-intelligence-study-by-de-faakto/ Here are some other reports: https://www.kpbs.org/news/2018/aug/29/uc-san-diego-professor-offers-theory-what-affected/ This report notes issues in Cu...

If you can see a Laser Pointer from the Space Station... then theoretically the same size and larger Laser(s) Can Perform Sound, Body and Mind Control From Space using either heterodyne, pulse train or mind control methods. Now, factor in how vibrational, rotational, magnetic moment (spin) and electronic transitional resonance spectroscopy function by either absorbing, transmitting through and/or reflecting off materials. Basically, to use the lowest energy laser for the effect; you dope (contrasting agent to reflect, absorb and/or transmit more), and/or finely tune to, the targets to affect the absorbance, transmission and/or reflection depending on the human nutrient, molecular biology, cellular structure, organ system and previous noted metabolism and functions.
